Workshop to explore wind energy in Czech Republic
The European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) and the Czech Wind Energy Association (ČSVE) have scheduled a workshop this Wednesday to explore the untapped wind power potential in the Czech Republic.
The programme will also examine issues related to the further development of wind-energy technology in the country.
Among the speakers expected to attend are AlesKutak, Deputy-Minister for Air Quality and Climate Change for the Czech Republic; Justin Wilkes, Head of Regulatory Affairs for the EWEA; and Christian Kjaer, CEO of the EWEA.
Wednesday’s workshop is the first in a series planned by the EWEA to focus on the development of wind power in the EU’s most promising emerging markets.
