Turn off the house, would you dear?

We’ve just learnt about  a great new product, a “green switch” that lets you turn off all non-essential electrical items in the house with a flick of the switch. Why didn’t we get this earlier?

Saying that, it ain’t coming cheap: EcoGeek (whom we need to thank for the picture) reckons it’ll set home-owners back some $1,200, which is pretty steep. Still, prices are sure to drop. Let’s just hope the idea catches on.
