Wales plans 'Zero Carbon Building' forum

Wales’ Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) plans to host a debate next week on the issue of “Perspectives on Zero Carbon Building” (PDF). The event comes in advance of the Welsh government’s goal of making all buildings in the country zero-carbon starting in 2011. The debate is scheduled
