Seminar to put spotlight on London cleantech

GtL's John williams August 2009Cleantech businesses will be able to learn more about what’s new at the London Thames Gateway — the “UK’s number-one cleantech location — during a free seminar on 17 September.

Scheduled for 2 pm, the programme will be held in the Business Seminar Theatre at recycling and waste management exhibition, RWM09. Registration for the event is available online.

Speaker John Williams, Chief Executive of Gateway to London, will discuss the cleantech market and access to funding. Following his talk, Mark Bradbury, deputy director of Development of the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation, will outline what the London Sustainable Industries Park and the Thames Gateway Institute for Sustainability will mean for business.

The programme will conclude with a Q&A session where attendees can put their questions to the panel.
