  • Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corporation this week announced the launch of a new global research institute focused on energy, the environment and health care;
  • Todd Stern, the US’s top climate negotiator, urged Congress to enact limits on greenhouse gas emissions but said it’s “not possible” for the nation to curb emissions by the Bali goal of 25 to 40 percent by 2020;
