Landis+Gyr metering software is SAP-qualified

Smart metering and energy management firm Landis+Gyr has announced that its Gridstream MDUS (smart meter data unification and synchronisation) software is now an SAP-qualified business solution.

The news means that Gridstream MDUS can be integrated with the SAP for Utilities solution portfolio to help ensure that investments made can adapt and fit into future IT architecture.

“The functionality provided by Gridstream MDUS integrated with SAP for Utilities solutions will undoubtedly help increase our customers’ competitiveness as well as cost effectiveness and, importantly, has been proven in a field installation,” said Andreas Umbach, president and chief operating officer for Landis+Gyr.
