Eco-log makers score £1m funding
Lysanda, an Essex-based outfit that are developing Eco-log (which Greenbang covered recently), just secured funding to the tune of £1m to continue the product’s development.
This from their press release:
Eco-Log is an on-board device that gathers information on the emissions, fuel economy and performance data of a moving vehicle. It works through advanced power-train simulation technology and requires no sensors in the exhaust stream. It provides a means to monitor, and in turn reduce, the environmental impact and overall costs of running a vehicle fleet.
The new investment will fund the final stages of Eco-Log development, enable its commercial launch and fuel the expansion of the team. The first new appointment, Dr Manos Hatiris, joins as Principal Engineer, and a search is on for several more technical and marketing support staff.
