- Tesla Motors is opening a regional sales and service center in London, the first of three European stores that the electric vehicle manufacturer plans to launch this year;
- Tennant Company has won the 2009 European Business Award for the Business Innovation of the Year for its ec-H2O technology, which converts tap water into a chemical-free cleaning agent;
- The EASTEC manufacturing event on 20 May will this year feature an Alternative & Renewable Energy Resource Centre.
