CDP's Larissa Bulla to give Urban London keynote
The Carbon Disclosure Project’s Larissa Bulla is scheduled to give the keynote address on “How to create a resource-smart city” at Urban London 2014.
Scheduled for June 5 at Digital Enterprise Greenwich, Urban London is an event for innovators, entrepreneurs, tech professionals, and public-sector officials. It looks at emerging technologies, and strategies for social and economic improvement.
Bulla is head of cities for the global environmental reporting system at the Carbon Disclosure Project. She previously worked as principal policy and programme officer for the Greater London Authority, where she helped to support policies on energy, climate change and waste.
Larissa studied environmental studies, economics and urban policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has also worked as a sea grant research assistant with the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration; was a planning assistant for Alta/Greenways in Durham, North Carolina; served as a transport consultant for Mouchel plc; and was a C40 Cities volunteer with the Clinton Foundation.
