Amplex targets small utilities for smart grid

Danish smart-grid firm Amplex plans to host a March 17 seminar for small- and mid-sized utilities interested in getting started with smart-grid technology.

The seminar will focus on how to get started with smart grid at the low-voltage level.

Following introduction and training, field technicians will be able to complete an installation in as little as 30 minutes per site. The hosted solution lets the utility view and experiment with smart-grid data immediately.
